Hi, I’m Catherine Tryon and I’m on a mission to help you
sleep again so you can live your best life.

Like so many people I now work with, I have also known that special kind of torture that is insomnia. My story with insomnia began when my relationship and financial worries started keeping me awake each night as I anxiously worked through millions of ideas about how to solve them.

Then I started to worry that something was physically wrong with me or that I forgot how to sleep. I became obsessed with finding sleep hacks and holistic remedies to get me back on track. I was exhausted.

It’s hard to break the cycle of anxiety and insomnia without help. What is even more discouraging is that most medical professionals will prescribe medications that simply mask the real issue.

It was after my hard work with a trusted coach that I was able to get a handle on my thoughts and behaviors that were keeping me anxious, sleepless and stuck. I am forever grateful for her guidance.

Now I want to help others find their way back to normal sleep and enjoy their lives.

How to work with Catherine:

Step 1: Submit a Sleep RESET Interest Form so I can learn more about the sleep struggles you are experiencing. The information you provide in the form will help me determine how I can best help you get from where you are now to where you want to be.

Step 2: Hop on a sleep evaluation call so we can chat about what’s keeping you up at night and how to get you sleeping again as quickly as possible.

Step 3: Relax and dream about a full night of sleep as I create a sleep plan just for you.

Step 4: Schedule a virtual consultation date to get started with your customized sleep plan.

Step 5: RESET your sleep and finally sleep again. As we work on your sleep plan together I will be your accountability and support person for the duration of your sleep plan.

I know how important individual support is to achieving success. When I was really struggling, I got the support I needed and it made all the difference in my success. Change can be extremely uncomfortable and breaking old habits might need a little extra support.

I will gently guide you through your plan, stretch your comfort zone on occasion and always celebrate every small step in your journey towards better sleep.

I believe you can easily sleep through the night again and soon, I hope you will believe you can too.
